2002：龍美達前身發展（特藝達）

The predecessor of Topteck (Teyida) was founded in 2002

2005：深圳龍美達成立

Topteck Shenzhen Co., Ltd was established in 2005

2006：龍美達和特藝達同時經營

Topteck and Teyida operate simultaneously in 2006

2007：佛山龍美達成立

Topteck Foshan Co., Ltd was established in 2007

2008：佛山三水區布局

Plan to develop in Sanshui District, Foshan City in 2008

2009：快速發展階段

2009 is the stage of rapid development for Topteck

2010-2015：縱向、橫向同時發展

Topteck develop both vertically and horizontally from 2010-2015

2016：關閉深圳工廠生產板塊，啟動云浮計劃

The production sector of Shenzhen factory was closed down and started the Yunfu plan in 2016

2017：在云浮購買產業園用地，啟動精石薈品牌

Purchased of industrial park land in Yunfu and launched the GFS brand in 2017

2018-2019：聚焦石材業務，建設云浮新工廠

From 2018-2019，Topteck focus on stone business and established a new factory in Yunfu

2020：關閉佛山工廠生產板塊，全面平臺化布局

Closed the production sector of Foshan factory and made a comprehensive platform layout in 2020

2021：全面引進合伙人模式，啟動品牌戰略

Full adoption of partnership model and brand strategy was launched since 2021

2022：新總部大樓交付裝修（自有產權）

In 2022, New headquarters building delivered for decoration（own proprietary rights）
